How to order
Order online find the item you like to order & choose how many prepacks you want. Click on "ADD ITEM" button. When finished ordering, click on "PURCHASE ORDER" on the top of the page and that will take you to our simple check out system. It's quick & easy. After you place your on-line order, we will send order confirmation to your e-mail address so that you know we have received your order. One of our representative will contact you by phone to verify the order and receive your credit card number.
By phone: Call toll free 800-933-9668, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST), M-F. For fast service, please have your email address, item numbers and quantities ready when you call.
Minimum or Sample Order
We have No minimum dollar amount. We only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item.
We do not offer sample orders.
Payment:
1. Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and discover
2. UPS COD Service: Payment should be in the form of Money Order or Cashier Check which will be collected by the UPS driver.
3. Prepayment: Send a Company Check, Money Order or Cashier Check to our office. Your order will be shipped after funds have been cleared. (Usually 7 - 10 Days after the receipt of payment.)
4. Net 30: We will submit your order for Credit Approval from our Factor (CIT)
5. Wire Transfer- call and we will email you instructions. Order ships within 1 day.
Shipping Charges:
Freight Charges are based on UPS Rate Charts Depending on Destination Zip Code and Weight. .
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are usually shipped on next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day.
Estimating Delivery Time for Order
You can click on the "UPS Worldwide Delivery Times" link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "STOUGHTON, MA" for city and "02072" for zip code as ORIGIN.
Return Policy:
1. All Returns must be notified to our Sales Department within 5 Days upon Receipt of Order.
2. Return Authorization Number is required prior to returning any merchandise.
3. We do not accept Partial Return on a Prepack Assortment. All pieces within the Prepack must be returned. Customer can not Pick and Choose Sizes or Colors and return the remaining pieces.
4. All Returns is at Customers Expense, unless the Items are Damaged. In this case, we will issue a Call Tag and pay for the shipping back to our Warehouse.
5. After the Receipt of Goods in our warehouse, we will issue a merchandise credit to be used on future purchases.
